The TCP/IP connection gets broken after sending some packets to the CTD controller.
System Manager III or EQOmmand can not send any data anymore until ethernet interface is reset.
This problem is caused by HP security software!
Remove all HP security programs via "add/remove programs" especially "HP SURE CONNECT" on Windows 7 PC's.
In Windows 10 you have to remove "HP Device Access Manager" and "HP Client Security Manager"
